When purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms of this agreement and service timeline. This agreement may be changed at anytime with notice to the client.

Design
Website, logo, ad and other designed graphics are presented to the client in multiple mock-ups (draft versions of collaborative graphic ideas) as specified in the details of that service. The mock-ups can be revised accordingly, and within reason, until a design is agreed upon. Additional revisions not included in a design package will be billed at our hourly rate of $20/hour with a minimum of 1 hour. All final designs will be owned by the client, however, With Child may reserve the right to showcase your website homepage or logo in our portfolio. Please see the Web, logo & ad design page for specific design services details.

Payment
We accept payment via PayPal (using your PayPal account, credit card or checking account). When purchasing one of our Website Design Packages, payment must be made in full before design services can commence (unless otherwise agreed upon). For all other design services. including design work billed by the hour, we can give you a free estimate of cost before billing/sending an invoice. This is an approximate estimate only and will be based upon the ideas discussed during the initial consultation.

Client's Shopping Cart
If you have chosen With Child WebServices to install a shopping cart on your website it will be provided through PayPal Merchant Services. Setting up your shopping cart and installing the nessesary HTML codes into your FTP file will require 2 things: --You must have a PayPal account (any money you make from your customers will go directly into this account) --You must allow With Child initial access to your PayPal Merchant Account so that we may set up your cart and program your shipping preferences (this information is kept entirely secure and you can change your password immediately after this is done)

Web Hosting and Hosting Renewal
With Child can register your domain name and set up hosting (this service is included in the Deluxe Web Design Package). This will require your chosen business contact information. All fees, forms, and programming is done entirely by With Child Web Services. Your domain name registration and web hosting service will last 1 year. Prior to the end of that year, we will contact you to see if you would like to renew your domain and hosting service. If so, you will be billed for the cost of that renewal (currently $149 for 1 year).

Client's Responsibilities
In addition to carefully reading and agreeing to this contract, the client is responsible for following the timeline and providing With Child all information needed to get the Website up and running. You must own or have permission to use all photos and other content you submit for use on your site. With Child Web Services is not liable if copyrighted materials are placed on your website.

Warranty/Returns
If you purchase any of our services and decide later on that you want to change the look of your site, logo or other graphic, we are unable to offer any refunds. With Child is not responsible for the possiblity of technical problems with your hosting service. We contract the hosting service out and your name will be on the hosting account. In the rare event that there is a technical difficulty, With Child Web Services will do our very best to get your site running smoothly again.
